July 17, 2009 was a very rainy day. We traveled to Tiananmen Square in the morning under a heavy downpour. Good thing most of us had umbrellas! After walking across the largest urban square in the world, we entered the Forbidden City while it continued to rain. Link to a map of Tiananmen Square.
