Bell Tower. Info from the plaque next to it:
Bell Tower
Bell, also called the heavenly sound, is the command of a monastery. The monk's daily routine is measured by the tolls of the bell. Important ceremonies are marked by the simultaneous soundings of the bell and drum. The historically well-known "Morning Bell at the Wild Goose Pagoda" refers to the tolling of the bell in this monastery. The original bell was destroyed during the warring times. This one was recast in the 27th year under the reign of Emperor Jiajing (1548 CE) during the Ming Dynasty. It weighs 15 tons and has gone through a history of 460 years.
