After the Tang Dynasty show we had the Opera House's famous dumpling dinner. Each dumpling was hand-made into the shape of a particular animal. Here are ducks. There were 19 different kinds of dumplings filled with various meats or vegetables. The duck one had duck meat. I had at least two of every dumpling because some of my table mates did not want certain dumplings. I had probably close to 50 dumplings in all and I was very full at the end!
