The silk weaving machine. Here's the info from the plaque (after cleaning up the "Chi-nglish" phrasing):
Brief Introduction to Silk Weaving
The silk fabric is woven from the filaments of cocoons. The designs are formed by 5000-10,000 weaving control blocks cycling through the top part of the machine. The base of the machine consists of 15,000 warps. Several shuttles weave the wefts back and forth among the warps about a hundred times every minute. On average only 5 meters of fabric can be woven every day. The brocade of our mill is of high quality, exquisitely soft and smooth. It is your best choice for clothing and bedclothes.
