The Macromedia Flash movie of the Spirit landing site and 2004 explorations is over 3 MB in size and the Opportunity landing site movie is over 4.6 MB in size. With these movie you will zoom into the highest resolution view from the Mars Global Surveyor showing the rover as seen from Mars orbit and then see Mars from Spirit. The movie will pause at certain points. Click the right blue arrow in the top right corner to continue forward with the movie. You can review the previous segment by clicking the left blue arrow. At the end of the Spirit movie, the right blue arrow will send you to the Opportunity movie.
The newer web browsers already come with the Flash Player built in. If you have an older browser, you may need to download the Flash Player and install it.
